A message dated May 15, 1997, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(L&C)                                                
"An Act relating to regulation of architects, engineers, and land             
surveyors; extending the termination date of the State Board of                
Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and
